Hello once again everyone! Welcome to plates and portraits. This month Jocelyn and myself decided we wanted burgers so of course we went to go get burgers. We choose Hupcap Grill in Kemah but they also have two other locations, one in downtown and the other in the heights.

I personally have been to the Hubcap Grill in the heights before but this was my first time going to the one located in Kemah. Once you get there you have the option to sit outside or inside, we choose outside but I recommend inside as the hotter months start to approach. From the outside there is three windows, order, beer and pick up. Obviously you go to order first and order. This time Jocelyn and I both decided on the same thing and got the cheeseburger and a side of fries. For drinks, Jocelyn got a water and I got a strawberry soda. Overall the place is very well themed and the food is delicious! I certainly recommend the Hubcap Grill for all the burger lovers out there!

I've heard so many good things about this place, but I've never had the opportunity to try it myself. Burgers are my all time favorite if I could I'd eat them everyday. This burger has been the best I've had thus far. I just got a cheeseburger with everything except pickles; I dislike pickles. Since it was my first time trying this place and I wanted to keep it simple. The meat is cooked to perfection and the buns have a slight crispiness that compliments the meat. The fries OMG! So delicious; they are seasoned very well and are so delicious! Overall it was a excellent burger and the environment if you like outdoor patios. You will not be disappointed! Next time I'll be risky and try something different.
